A downloadable game for Windows
Well, It's looks like it was made on the same engine as Wolfenstein, but with some Doom assets and is made in Scratch. Scratch is a children's programming language.

Extract the zip file and open the application that is called room, windows defender would say it has harmful stuff on it but press more info and then run anyways.
